Morricone is one of Sarah’s favourite composers, and in 1998, she convinced him to allow her to put Italian lyrics to the melody of “Gabriel’s Oboe” from the film ‘The Mission,’ transforming it into the gorgeous “Nella Fantasia.” This iconic song remains a fan favourite at Sarah’s concerts.
